Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline)
Experience: 0 -2 Year Experience in relevant field preferred
Skills:

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Executive to develop and manage the Direct Procurement Department focused on sourcing preowned medical equipment directly from hospitals across India. The role involves outreach, relationship building, deal negotiation and coordination for inspection and procurement closures.
Job Description :
1. Develop and expand Medinnova’s direct procurement network across hospitals and medical institutions.
2. Reach out to hospitals via calls, emails, marketing campaigns and trade shows.
3. Collaborate with internal sales and service teams to generate leads and references.
4. Offer buyback solutions and procurement proposals for :
– Individual biomedical equipment
– Department-level assets (OT, ICU, Radiology etc)
5. Complete hospital equipment liquidation
6. Handle procurement of equipment such as:
– Biomedical: Anesthesia machines, monitors, IV pumps, heart-lung machines, neuro microscopes, defibrillators, etc
– Radiology: MRI, CT Scan, Cath Lab systems etc.
7. Conduct or coordinate site visits, inspections and deal closures (travel as required).
8. Ensure fast quotation turnaround and competitive valuation.
9. Coordinate with operations for removal, de-installation and logistics.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental norms (e-waste handling partnerships).
11. Work towards getting Medinnova’s empanelled/approved vendor status with hospitals and institutions.
12. Support participation in tenders, contracts and bidding processes.
Work Structure :
- Base Location: Vadodara Office
- Primary Work Mode: Tele-procurement (calls, emails)
- Travel: Required for inspections, relationship building, and deal closures
