JOB TITLE: Tender Executive  

SALARY BAND: As Per company Norms 

JOB TYPE: Non –Technical  

REPORTS TO: Tender Sales Manager 

QUALIFICATION: Commerce Graduate (B. COM/M.COM) 

EXPERIENCE: Having experience of minimum 2 years in Tender bidding   

SKILLS:  

• Drafting of documents 
• Having experience of filling more than 20 tenders 
• Understanding Tender requirements & Prepare summary for Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:  

1. Reading and understanding tender documents accurately, Identifying and selecting suitable government tenders related to medical equipment from various portals and sources. 
2. Reading and understanding tender documents accurately, including technical specifications and government procurement policies. 
3. Preparing tender documents, including technical and financial bids, pre-qualification documents, and compliance sheets. 4. Coordinating with internal departments such as sales, legal, finance, and logistics to gather necessary inputs for bid preparation. 
4. Ensuring timely submission of tender documents and adherence to tender deadlines. 
5. Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading tender-related documents and correspondence with strong English writing skills. 7. Maintaining a database of submitted and upcoming tenders for tracking and reporting purposes. 
6. Assisting sales and management teams with vendor interactions and clarifications during tender processes. 9. Handling documentation related to certificates and registrations like CDSCO certifications for medical devices as per tender requirements. 
7. Providing summary reports to management on tender status and outcomes. 
8. Staying current with government tender rules, procurement guidelines, and changes in regulations pertinent to medical device.
