Experience: 3-5 yrs experience in relevant field

1. STORE DESCRIPTION:

The store Operator needs to implement store activities in the allotted area for the following material
Capital Goods:

1. AS IS Machines Storage Area
2. Ready to Dispatch Machines Storage Area and
3. Part Machines Storage Area.Parts and Accessories:
4. Purchased and harvested parts and accessories are to be stored in respective bins.
5. Receipt of inward materials and handing it over to the concerned department or inward it to store.
6. Barcode the necessary material
7. Issue of material to the concerned department or engineer/employee
8. Generation, implementation, storage, and issue of Job cards for capital goods
9. Generating an inward report for import goods and sending it to purchase data.
10. Generating consumption report for parts and accessories
11. To maintain a company asset report
12. To maintain stock of daily requirement items like stationery products, cleaning material
13. Maintaining record documents for all the activities
    PACKING AND DISPATCH
14. Generate and verify dispatch documents viz. Packing list, Gate pass, Declaration
15. Coordinating with admin team for transport documents
16. Filing LR copy
17. Supervising the packing of goods and payment to the packers.
18. Maintaining inventory of packing material
19. Maintaining courier dispatch reports and sharing the dispatch tracking details with the team and customer.
20. Tracking the shipment and sharing information with the concerned teams.
