- STORE DESCRIPTION:
The store Operator needs to implement store activities in the allotted area for the following material
Capital Goods:
- AS IS Machines Storage Area
- Ready to Dispatch Machines Storage Area and
- Part Machines Storage Area.Parts and Accessories:
- Purchased and harvested parts and accessories are to be stored in respective bins.
- Receipt of inward materials and handing it over to the concerned department or inward it to store.
- Barcode the necessary material
- Issue of material to the concerned department or engineer/employee
- Generation, implementation, storage, and issue of Job cards for capital goods
- Generating an inward report for import goods and sending it to purchase data.
- Generating consumption report for parts and accessories
- To maintain a company asset report
- To maintain stock of daily requirement items like stationery products, cleaning material
- Maintaining record documents for all the activities
PACKING AND DISPATCH - Generate and verify dispatch documents viz. Packing list, Gate pass, Declaration
- Coordinating with admin team for transport documents
- Filing LR copy
- Supervising the packing of goods and payment to the packers.
- Maintaining inventory of packing material
- Maintaining courier dispatch reports and sharing the dispatch tracking details with the team and customer.
- Tracking the shipment and sharing information with the concerned teams.
