Job Title:  Sr Service Engineer (Board Department)

Qualification:   BE /Diploma/  Biomedical/ Electronics Engineering

Experience: 5 to 10 Year Experience in relevant Field

Skills              

1. Strong soldering and desoldering skills.
2. Knowledge of electronic components and circuit theory.
3. Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and technical documentation. 
4. Deep understanding of circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems.
5. Knowledge of various board-level failure modes, their causes, and remedies.

Job Description: 

1. Spares/Accessories and Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.
2. Can do Board repairing, components replacement, components identify diodes, filter, capacitors, ICs, sensors, knowledge of PCB design, Transformer, power adaptors, ICs program, can research on components equivalent etc.
3. Proficiently use all test equipment related to the testing of assigned devices.
4. Perform major repairs with accepted technical practices.
5. Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
6. Documents test results and equipment history.
7. Research technical issues using all available data.
8. Installation and maintenance of various Bio-medical products across the country at customer’s site Trouble shoots and identifies the correct part necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problems.
9. Allocate the work to every team member in the Board everyday.
10. Get reports back from the team and Inform and do meetings with the Manager and Explain the issue in detail.
11. Update Physical notice Board and Excel Sheet related to task, work under process and work completion every day.
12. During the work any components required to be updated in a given sheet and follow up to purchase/ Admin collection boy regularly till machine gets works
13. Give report within 2 to 4 hours of if customer machine, PCBs received for repairing, same will be update in JC
14. Parts research and compatible search make the machine ready.
15. Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
16. Maintain Electronics Component inventory(which we purchase from outsource) used in the Board Department with Name of component along with name of customer .
