Qualification: BE /Diploma in Biomedical Engineering

Experience: 5+ Year Experience in relevant Field

Skills:

1. Should know the uses and applications of medical equipment.
2. Should know the core concepts of services in medical equipment.
3. Should be able to use advanced tools for repairing and testing
4. Should know the processes involved in testing and calibration of medical equipment.
5. Should be able to delegate and manage the Production Team
6. Should be able to Observe, Plan, Perform (Do) and Act for continuous improvement

Job Responsibility:

1. Manage and delegate task to your team of engineers for Refurbishing and Repairing
2. Allocate and monitor weekly work schedule to your team.
3. 3.Tasks include – Quick check, Inspection, Refurbishing, trouble shooting, repair, service, Q.C, technical support
4. Product segment related Inventory monitoring and updates to ensure adequate supply.
5. Get daily work reports and updates from your team and coordinate with the production coordinator.
6. Guide and Assist the board Team for repairing of units including component level, board level.
7. Assist the Service Team with required parts and technical guidance.
8. (Advance) Product Quality Planning with Sales and Process/QMS Team.
9. Technical Analysis of failure of products during refurbishing and in field service.
10. Travels for onsite repairs and installations, demonstration and surgery attend
11. To schedule training for the team with instructions from Process/QMS Team and HR Department.\
12. To coordinate with concerned team or top management for requirement of tools, testing equipment, parts and accessories.
13. Coordinate and support R & D team.
14. To generate and update important reports and registers for effective work implementation
15. Order Board and Order Board Summary
16. In-house Repairing Report
17. Initial Inspection and Consignment details

Additional Job responsibility1: Quality In-Charge

1. To verify the Initial Test and Pre-Dispatch Test and release the equipment for delivery or sales
