Job Title: Service Sales Coordinator

Salary band: As per company norms 

Job Type: non – technical  

Reports To: CSD Manager  

Qualification: B.com /BE /Diploma in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronic & Communication/Any graduate . 

Experience: 0-2 Year Experience in relevant Field 

Job Responsibility:  

1. Make quotations, estimations and contract enquiries and submit in WhatsApp group whenever require.
2. Maintain service business sheets (se-business) on daily basis
3. Make price list of all items/parts sold
4. Make and maintain daily payment collections sheets (payment collection- service 2023/2024
5. Any email communications related to service sales, business and outstanding, AMC/CMC contracts
6. Monitor and make quotations from engineers report after visit and take necessary follow ups
7. Take follow ups for outstanding payment and try to close the deal
8. Maintain daily pipeline sheets (AMC/CMC and quotations) and take necessary updates (on daily basis)
9. Create AMC/CMC contracts after the deal is close and file it in the contract file (also attached the PO in the contract)
10. Maintain target sheet

• (present AMC/CMC)
• Target 24-25(monthly basis)
