Experience: 2-3 years in medical Equipment/Hospital

Job Responsibility:
- Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.
- Proficiently use all test equipment related in the testing of assigned devices.
- Evaluate customer’s medical equipment issues, implement appropriate major repairs with accepted technical practices.
- Answers technical questions from customers and internal staff.
- Documents test results and equipment history.
- Researches technical issues using all available data.
- Trouble shoots and identifies correct part necessary to repair equipment and to correct customer problem.
- Talks to customers for the purpose of selling parts.
- Travels for onsite repairs and installations.
- Taking care of all customers in assigned area and required territory.
- Ready for Field job 20 to 25 days per month.
- Whenever required engineer has to come to factory for self-development and Training
- Field service Engineer has to attend call whenever required an for emergency for hospital and medical institute.
- Engineer has to attend Demonstration, Service calls and Surgery whenever required
- Trains Level 1 Engineer.
- Comply with company’s policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of all work performed is done.
- Maintain proper care of tools and test equipment to ensure calibration
- Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to Company.
- Provide excellent customer service, listening carefully to customer concerns and addressing issues until customer is satisfied.
