EXPERIENCE: 0–4 years of experience in international telesales or inside sales.
SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and lead qualification frameworks.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
- Target-driven, analytical, and customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working with international time zones and cross-cultural clients.
Position Overview
The International Telesales Executive will drive international revenue growth for Medinnova Systems Pvt. Ltd. by identifying, qualifying, and converting global sales opportunities through outbound calling, digital engagement, and consultative selling of medical equipment solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generate qualified international leads across hospitals, distributors, biomedical departments, and medical equipment dealers.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and strategic follow-ups across multiple global regions.
- Deliver consultative product pitches covering refurbished and new medical devices.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Coordinate virtual demonstrations, quotations, and documentation with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare performance reports.
- Build long-term relationships with global buyers through consistent engagement.
- Track global market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales processes including tenders and compliance documents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while representing the brand globally.
