Job Title: Service Sales Coordinator

Reports To: CSD Manager
Qualification: B.com /BE /Diploma in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronic & Communication/Any graduate .
Experience: 0-2 Year Experience in relevant Field
Job Responsibility:
- Make quotations, estimations and contract enquiries and submit in WhatsApp group whenever require.
- Maintain service business sheets (se-business) on daily basis
- Make price list of all items/parts sold
- Make and maintain daily payment collections sheets (payment collection- service 2023/2024
- Any email communications related to service sales, business and outstanding, AMC/CMC contracts
- Monitor and make quotations from engineers report after visit and take necessary follow ups
- Take follow ups for outstanding payment and try to close the deal
- Maintain daily pipeline sheets (AMC/CMC and quotations) and take necessary updates (on daily basis)
- Create AMC/CMC contracts after the deal is close and file it in the contract file (also attached the PO in the contract)
- Maintain target sheet
- (present AMC/CMC)
- Target 24-25(monthly basis)
