Qualification: B.com /BE /Diploma in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronic & Communication/Any graduate .
Experience: 0-2 Year Experience in relevant Field
Skill :
- Should efficiently manage service call records, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate filing of job cards and reports.
- Should carefully review and update service records, stock transfers, and installation reports to ensure accuracy.
- Should learn and utilize Growsmart software for service call management, stock transfers, and process updates.
- Should identify and resolve job card issues and assist in troubleshooting service-related problems.
Job Responsibility:
Primary
- Service Calls—Go Through All Service Calls Daily Growsmart (With Customer Success Executive and Service Support Staff) and by Self Also.
- Email Regarding Engineers Visit or Any Communication to Customer.
- Stock Transfer of Items/Products to Be Dispatch of Sales Order.
- Filing Of All Dispatched Job Cards After Scanning in Respective Delivery Notes.
- Filing of All Service Reports (Installation Reports, Demo Reports, PMS, Casual, Inspections, Warranty/AMC/CMC in Respective File/Folder).
- Learning Gradually All Process in Growsmart.
- Update Demo Order Sheet on Daily Basis.
- Finding Job cards For Providing to Stores Team and maintain Job Card Transaction Book.
- Daily courier details-in google sheets, track the courier details and call customer and take follow ups.
- Sending daily packing list to customer through mail by attaching docket details.
- Adding warranty contract in growsmart along with installation reports, though base
- Monthly verification (through invoice) of docket details
- Making daily service packing list /delivery notes (either from estimation or from quotation) -all service dispatch.
- Fill and update rep (in-house repair) file in order board
- Maintain flight case (dispatched + received)
- Matain site engineer or production site sheet.
Secondary
- Maintain and Update Csd File (Installation and Demonstration and Surgery – Daily Basis)
- Learning Service Calls Registration, Closing and Updating, Delivery Notes.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES WHENEVER REQUIRED:
- Make Packing List at The Time of Requirement.
- Solving Problems Faced in Job Cards by Checking Physically.
