Job Title: Accountant 

Salary band: 18000 – 22000 PM for Fresher | 22000 – 30000 for 2-3 years exp.

Reports To: Accounts Manager 

Qualification:  B.com / M.com(ERP & Tally software Must Require )

Experience: 0 to 3 Year Experience in relevant Field

Skills: 

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good written & verbal communicate skill
• Tally & Accounting Software Proficiency
• Knowledge of GST & Expenses Management 

Job Responsibility:

1. Verify and book travel expenses for employees, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
2. Handle advance payment reports and manage employee travel bookings.
3. Manage local parts purchases and maintain records for Rahul Par mar’s expenses.
4. Perform monthly interest calculations for financial tracking.
5. Reconcile demo sales with the sales and store teams to ensure accurate reporting.
6. Prepare fund flow reports and financial projections on a monthly basis.
7. Verify vouchers in Tally against physical bills twice a week for accuracy.
8. Check and validate all purchase and sales bills before accounting.
9. Manage and organize import and export-related documents as per compliance.
10. Take care of general routine accounting and administrative tasks.
